- No: You need to send us a copy of your marriage certificate, then we will put your new maiden name after your old maiden name in brackets. So, if the missionary’s name is Jane Smith and she got married to Jack Greene. We can put the name on your profile page will be Jane Smith (Greene). When you change your maiden name in the US, we will change it on your profile as well.
- Yes: Great! You need to resubmit the following forms:
- If you are going to use a new bank account that had your new name on it, please fill a W9 Form here.
- Email us a scanned copy of a Voided Check for the new bank account with the new name.
- Send us the new US passport.
