Mission Quest considers all of our missionaries to be associates (independent contractors); not employees. We provide missionaries with Form 1099-NEC in January for the previous year's payments. This form includes all the donations you received minus Mission Quest administration fees and any Credit/Debit Card fees which decrease the amount of taxes you pay.
