Sure. Before you send a receipt, you need to be sure that the donor has a valid email address on record, you can do that by accessing your account online and click on the partner's name in the "Partners" tab.
If the donor does not have an email address on file, please update his record by going to this link https://missionquest.org/update-contacts/
After the donor's email address has been added, you can send a receipt directly from your dashboard. For more information on how to send the receipt, please read this article HERE
