You charged me the same donation twice

Mission Quest's system is a robust donation system that was carefully designed to ensure it does what it is supposed to do, correctly. If you believe you were incorrectly charged twice, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to your account online (give.missionquest.org) and see if you have mistakenly created two donations.
  2. If you see a repeated donation, please cancel one of them to avoid any future charges.
  3. If you only see one donation and you still believe you were incorrectly charged twice, please create a support ticket HERE.
